Matching an Existing Cabinet Door

I got hired by a contractor friend to make a few duplicate doors from a kitchen they were renovating. This is the first attempt at a project in the new garage which needs a lot of work to make effective. While the door looks simple at first glance it had been made out of a laminate covered single piece of MDF and no tooling was available to directly duplicate the door. After some trial and error, new bit sets, and some patience I was able to make a very close approximation to the door that was provided.
- Reproduced Door (Left) Original (Right)
- After hand sanding to shape
- Added secondary profile
- The Most difficult detail a precise router stop
