About Us

Welcome to Pennington Millworks, a business to facilitate my love for woodworking and all things home improvement. In my normal life I am a PhD pharmaceutical chemist working in the area of drug and analytical development.  However in my free time I love all things construction related but most of all I enjoy working in my shop designing and building furniture, cabinetry, and other wood projects.

Now that our house is complete and full of furniture I am looking for interesting projects to take on.  If you like what you see and live in the Bridgewater NJ area drop me a line to see if your project would be a good fit.  I strive to build truly custom projects for you to enjoy for years to come.  This website has been designed around the idea of documenting the  building process from beginning to end through writing blog entries to correspond with the building of each project.
